Used 500 Gallon Sanitary, Self Contained Jacketed Mixing Kettle with Sweep/Scrape mixer. 316L Stainless Steel. Built 2017 by BCast. Includes control panel and Load Cells, no readout. (2) Bottom Mounted Heaters. Model BC-KETTLE500ASME, S/N: 23641-20057-17-01, Approx 70" OD x 120" OAH. As per the manufacturer, fill the jacket with water. The heaters will boil the water into steam which then floods the jacket. When the steam turns into condensate it falls back into the heaters. It is a self-contained loop. Never run the heaters without water in the jacket. Last used in Nutritional Beverage facility.
